Our story began amidst the sun-kissed hills of inland Calabria, where ancient olive trees guard age-old traditions.
It was there that Rosario, still young, left for New York with a clear dream: to one day return to his homeland and build something authentic.
After years of hard work and sacrifices overseas, that dream took shape. Back in Italy, he purchased his first olive groves and started producing oil and other products based on a simple principle: to transform the labor of the land into a genuine product.
For years, that oil was an expression of passion and dedication.
Then, as often happens, time changed things.
But some dreams do not disappear.
They remain, in silence, ready to be reborn.
From Calabria to Sicily.
Today, from another southern land, Sicily, that dream comes back to life.
Gianluca takes over the family legacy and carries it forward with a new vision, but with the same respect for tradition.
This is how Aliva – Sicilia Liquida was born.
A project that unites past and present, rooted in the land but oriented towards contemporary quality.
Today we work every day with a clear goal:

We recover abandoned olive groves, collaborate with local producers, and preserve a heritage that would otherwise be lost.
